Devonte' Graham 15 Points/13 Assists Full Highlights (12/27/2019)

Devonte' Graham, aside from his other stats which you can see in the title, set a new career high tonight in rebounds, with 9. He grabbed the last one with a single second left in the game after an intentionally missed P.J. Washington free throw, but wasn't able to get up a shot to potentially tie the game and give him another overtime. Another overtime which would have been extremely useful towards his goal of getting his first career triple-double.

But just because he came up one rebound short doesn't mean that we shouldn't cherish and appreciate this performance by him. Realistically, is it any worse for not having a random extra rebound somewhere? No. The points and the assists are what we care about here, Russell Westbrook has proved time and time again that rebounds as a point guard are worthless and so are triple-doubles, actually.

So maybe it's better that Graham showed that he was above petty statpadding by not getting the triple-double. Yeah, we're going with that. Him getting fewer stats was actually a GOOD thing.

Just like my recent Bogdan Bogdanovic video, I'd advise you not to pay attention to his shooting percentages in this game. Just don't even think about it. If you're a Hornets fan, you're already aware, but everyone else, just watch this video in blissful ignorance. Don't let the realities of this harsh world diminish your enjoyment of this pure point guard performance.
